Sew On Badge Order Form

Here is the Sew On Badge Order Form. 

If your child is attending the Children's University Graduation on 14th March and you would like to order badges for collection on the day, please complete and return this form to me before Thursday 12th March. 

Badges will be available for collection after the Ceremony from the reception area.
